Fall at last!

In some ways we've been really busy here at Casa DeDoula, but mostly we've just been hanging around enjoying one another.

The weather is finally acting like fall here in Southern Ohio. The colors are changing and we're enjoying being outside.

My amazing, talented, and handsome eldest man son played with our Church worship team at a 7 days of Praise festival in Columbus.

We all had a great time. Chloe loves music and to dance, especially when her uncle plays.

I put the Three And One cardigan in the "for Later pile" for a little while, and pulled out the Lupine Cardigan. I have the sleeves and about 5 inches of the body finished. I want to finish this one for THIS FALL!

Here's a great tip I got from my friend Viki. When following a chart, an easy way to keep your place is to use Post It Notes. They don't fall off like the metal board and magnetic lines do, when one year olds pick up your pattern to say "Ooh! Pwetty Pwetty!"
