The drink of English Royalty

Recently, Katy wrote about her favorite place to buy tea. I visited the site and saw they sell white tea. Having never heard of it, I wrote and asked Katy if she had tried it.

A few days later, in my mailbox, there was the nicest gift! Kaity gifted me with a sample pack of white tea bags and her favorite PG Tips! The tea is delicious. It gave me the perfect opportunity to use the beautiful teapot, cup and saucer Benny and the kids gave me

PG Tipps is wonderful tea!! It makes great iced tea too. Another recent favorite of mine is Stash Tea's Fusion Green & White Tea. Check it out at:

However, I found it at Kroger.

What a lovely picture. I am so glad you liked the teas. :) PGTips is my all time favorite ever! The white tea was just a bit too sweet for me. Have you decided on anything?

Well I'm curious too. How does white tea taste? How is it different from black tea or green tea. I find green tea a little too bitter. Is white tea milder? But yes, how nice to use that teapot and cup to brighten up the winter.

What a GRAND way for you and Katy to spend a winter afternoon - having a tea party. All of us can only dream about the fabulous memories that Katy will have of her lovely childhood and all the creative fun she will someday pass along to "your" grandchildren.
