Reconsidering

I'm to the place on the casual cables cardigan where it's time to begin knitting stocking stitch. I've realized this will make a horizontal line around the middle of me. I'm not sure that would be the most flattering design for my body. It's the only part of knitting I don't care for. Not being able to "try before you buy".

I love the yarn I'm working with. The cables have been really easy. I may just continue making cables all the way up, and cable the sleeves. I'm sure I have enough yarn.

In the meantime, while I decide, I'll begin some socks for my socka-PAL-ooza pal. After reading her blog, seeing the things she knits, I'm a bit intimidated! Oh well, she'll receive some socks from my heart!

Post a picture of your progress. Glad you are all feeling better and dying to know who your sock pal is! I am sure you'll make a lovely pair of socks!

Post a picture!! I was surfing blogs, and noticed that you are working on the same design as me. I have one sleeve complete and working on second. Am using Ram Wools "Selkirk" aran weight in a light burgundy color. I love this design.
