Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie
We're still in the Flavors of Fall mood.
I'm going to try this one next.
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
1 T. orange juice
9-inch graham
cracker pie crust
Place ice cream in a large bowl and allow to soften. Blend next 6 ingredients together with an electric mixer; stir into softened ice cream. Spoon mixture into pie crust; freeze. Serves 8.

Angi, Khi looks like I feel. The temps here in Alabama are forecasted to drop to the 40's tonight. I'm afraid winter is upon us.
