Doula Thoughts

I've been in Doula Mode today. I received calls from 2 clients and 1 prospective client.

The doctor who helped me begin this journey has been away for almost a year and a half. He returns on February 15th. I have some thoughts I want to explore, and maybe put together into a book(let) for teenage moms. For this I need his help. I'm also hoping to receive a grant to pay for doula services for the medicaid moms here. If that happens, I imagine my brain will live in Doula Mode.

I saw the most beautiful baby picture today at Birthing The Future it took my breath away.

The picture and the quote are amazing. That baby, as all are, is precious.

That's a big part of what Suzanne dose - take really amazing pictures. And come up with appropriate captions for them. I'm in awe of some of the birth photographers!

Duh. I mean does, not dose. I knew it looked funny. I shouldn't post comments when my eyes are still blurry.
